Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Damaged, leaking or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
How to request a return
- Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will review your request and share the return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm your refund or replacement.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent to the account you paid from (bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa). We will let you know once the refund has been processed.
Cancelled or unverified orders
If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, or if we are unable to fulfil it, any payment you made will be refunded in full.
